In accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act, The Serial Experience has adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringements: The Serial Experience will block access to and/or remove any material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and submitted to our site. This policy shall cover all aspects of The Serial Experience, including but not limited to forum postings and works for sale, such as books, videos, or DVDs.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringements:

• Identification of what is being infringed
• Where the infringements are located
• Who is complaining
• How he or she may be contacted
• A statement of good faith belief that the material is infringing
• A statement made under threat of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the complaint is authorized by the copyright holder

Regarding Original Works on This Site
Original works, such as reviews of serials, biographies of serial stars, or other articles are the property of The Serial Experience and may not be reprinted on other sites without permission. The Serial Experience does permit and encourage links from third party sites to our content, so long as the content is clearly identified as belonging to us.
